SHOWCARDI-L is a discussion forum for Cardigan Welsh Corgi conformation and performance issues. Absolutely anything that has anything to do with conformation or performance, either directly or indirectly, may be discussed here, such as structure, standards, temperament, health issues, brags, contracts (selling puppies, breeding, co-ownerships, for example), friendly chat, obedience, agility, herding etc. This, however, is NOT a place for flame wars, comments about specific judges, or blatant commercials and/or advertising.

RULES FOR POSTS:
1. Litter announcements are welcome, but attempts to use the list to sell the puppies are not. Prices must NOT be included. The presence of any breeder on this list is not to be construed as a recommendation by the list owners or administrators.
2. It is okay to ASK about specific judges but responses and comments MUST be sent via private email.
3. Announcements or recommendations of products and/or services are acceptable, but no prices may be mentioned on the list, and requests for said products and/or services must be made via private email. The only exception to including prices is when it is a non-profit organization, like regional Cardigan clubs, rescue organizations, etc.
4. Announcement of availability of a dog for a new home is appropriate. Responses to such should be made in private.
5. No post containing criticism or derogatory comment concerning another exhibitor, breeder, judge or any other person to the point the person may be identified may be made on the list.
6. No post containing criticism or derogatory comment concerning a dog owned by anyone besides yourself where said dog may be identified may be made on the list.

Failure to comply with Rules Nos. 5 and 6 will result in an automatic suspension from the list for one month for a first offense. At the end of the month, the subscriber may be reinstated. A second offense will result in permanent removal of offending subscriber. There will be no exceptions.

If you share an e-mail address with another person, and that person is suspended, that e-mail address is suspended -- no exceptions. You will have to find another way to receive and send mail from the list.

We cannot guarantee that your mail to the list will not be forwarded, but if you find out that it has been forwarded without your permission by a list member, we will remove that list member.
